The Talent Hire Group was founded with a simple principle: Provide high quality search and contingency services, at a realistic price point.
The founders bring a combined 60 year’s experience in the recruitment sector, working across logistics, IT, finance, exec hires, and transport. These include fintech’s and start-ups, right up to FTSE 250 clients operating globally.

For each appointment, we will take a full brief and tailor our approach accordingly, meeting members of the team if needed, to understand not just the brief but your companies’ culture.
