Job Description

  • Proactively supports the ‘end to end’ process to ensure all third-party couriers are supported through the recruitment process.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external customers to reach mutually agreeable outcomes.
  • Effective upkeep & management of internal and systems and processes
  • Demonstrates effective time management skills and meets deadlines
  • Ensures all paperwork and systems are maintained efficiently and accurately and in line with the business policy and process requirements

Licences and Qualifications

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of recruitment processes
  • Previous experience in a customer focused environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to reprioritise tasks/workload in line with changing business needs in a busy and time sensitive environment
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures
