Job Description
- Proactively supports the ‘end to end’ process to ensure all third-party couriers are supported through the recruitment process.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external customers to reach mutually agreeable outcomes.
- Effective upkeep & management of internal and systems and processes
- Demonstrates effective time management skills and meets deadlines
- Ensures all paperwork and systems are maintained efficiently and accurately and in line with the business policy and process requirements
Licences and Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of recruitment processes
- Previous experience in a customer focused environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to reprioritise tasks/workload in line with changing business needs in a busy and time sensitive environment
- Proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures
