The Talent Hire Group was founded with a simple principle: To provide high quality search and contingency services at a realistic price point.
The founders bring a combined 80 year’s experience in the recruitment sector. Working across financial services, IT, exec hires, manufacturing, and energy. These include fintech’s and start-ups right up to FTSE 250 clients operating globally.

For each appointment we will take a full brief and tailor our approach accordingly, meeting members of the team as needed in order to understand not just the brief but your companies’ culture.
