Job Description
Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain relationships with our existing customer base to deliver on the cement commercial strategy
- Develop new customer relationships and business opportunities
- Maintain complete market knowledge, continually monitoring competitor activities, products and sales profile
- Promote the range of Cement products, services and digital platform
- Be an expert in the field of cement and concrete technology, lower carbon products.
- Promote cross selling opportunities for all products.
- Achieve individual sales targets in line with set objectives.
- Establish working relationships to share knowledge, experience and expertise, to enhance our customer service experience
- Responsibility to complete all reports within the agreed timeframe
- Be an ambassador for cement with all external and internal stakeholders

Licences and Qualifications
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- You must be a highly self-motivated, committed and enthusiastic individual with a high degree of commercial awareness and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Commercial Sales experience is essential
- Previous sales experience within the industry with technical knowledge of concrete / cement is desirable.
- The ability to succeed in a very competitive market with a demonstratable history of achieving personal targets and objectives.
- Possess strong inter-personal skills to build long lasting relationships and communicate well at all levels.
- Knowledge and experience of I.T including Customer relationship management
- A Valid Full Car Driving License
