Job Description

Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with our existing customer base to deliver on the cement commercial strategy
  • Develop new customer relationships and business opportunities
  • Maintain complete market knowledge, continually monitoring competitor activities, products and sales profile
  • Promote the range of Cement products, services and digital platform
  • Be an expert in the field of cement and concrete technology, lower carbon products.
  • Promote cross selling opportunities for all products.
  • Achieve individual sales targets in line with set objectives.
  • Establish working relationships to share knowledge, experience and expertise, to enhance our customer service experience
  • Responsibility to complete all reports within the agreed timeframe
  • Be an ambassador for cement with all external and internal stakeholders

Licences and Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • You must be a highly self-motivated, committed and enthusiastic individual with a high degree of commercial awareness and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Commercial Sales experience is essential
  • Previous sales experience within the industry with technical knowledge of concrete / cement is desirable.
  • The ability to succeed in a very competitive market with a demonstratable history of achieving personal targets and objectives.
  • Possess strong inter-personal skills to build long lasting relationships and communicate well at all levels.
  • Knowledge and experience of I.T including Customer relationship management
  • A Valid Full Car Driving License
